Membership Rules
- All memberships expire 1 year from date of sign up.
- All memberships have access to the Cages for Hitting, Pitching
or Fielding during the hours of operation throughout the year. Special
requests can be emailed to Rey at
rey@reygarciabaseball.com
- All members can use a personal instructor (other than a Batter's Alley
instructor) but will be charged a $20.00 Cage fee per hour per cage.
- All members must E-mail or call in advance to reserve a Cage time even
if it is after normal business hours. This is based on availability
and a first come first, serve basis. During the months of JANUARY, FEBRUARY
AND MARCH, each membership can only reserve 1 Cage at a time and no
more than 2 hours per reservation. If an additional cage is available
during your time, check with Management for availability.
- All members are allowed to reserve time 30 days in advance
but if members fail to notify Batter's Alley of a cancellation after
2 consecutive reserved times, these privileges will be revoked. Members
can also reserve time in advance for 60 days with a valid credit card (email Rey with info),
but will be charged $25.00 per hour of reserved time if the team or
group fails to show and does not cancel time within 24 hours of reservation.
- All team memberships must have a minimum of 4-6 players for Cage
times. Individual team members using the Cage under the Team membership
will be charged the normal rate of $20.00 for 1/2 hour or $30.00 for
one hour.
- Memberships do not include private lessons by Batter's Alley
staff, Batter's Alley Camps or Clinics.
- Batter's Alley reserves the right to revoke any membership due to
conduct that is regarded as inappropriate or dangerous to our clients,
members or staff.
- No Alcoholic beverages are allowed at the Batter's Alley facility
at any time.
- Batter's Alley is not responsible for any injuries that occur during time in and around the cages.
